Message	portfolio ;-) How do you think I paid for all those mods? No, but all kidding aside, those mods represent nine years of ownership, and actually most were paid for well after I socked money away in mutual funds in the 90's. And with recent stock price drops off of the highs of 2003, there are some good buys out there. Anyway, I hear ya about the money burning a hole in your pocket. I'm actually going through a similar situation with my house - finish the basement or invest it? I think I may go half and half and do some of the work later.
